Canon EF lens to Nikon F Mount adapter?

Is at that place a lens mount adapter for a Nikon FF (D600 or D750) camera that would allow me to adhere a Canon EF lens to it?

I don’t need motorcar focus or auto aperture/shutter electronics. I’m just hoping to find an adapter that won’t alter the focal length or introduce additional baloney.

Purely mechanically speaking, Nikon torso has longer lens mountain to sensor distance than Canon therefore a Canon lens tin not accomplish infinity on a Nikon camera trunk – calculation an adapter makes information technology worst, electrical compatibility is another issue.

There is one, possibly more adapter enable you to mount a Canon lens on a Nikon body but information technology has no electrical connections therefore the aperture diaphragm does not piece of work and metering is not possible.

No idea how practiced these are merely B&H does list several adapters to mount Canon EF lenses to Z mountain Nikons. They also listing 3 adapters to mount Canon FD lenses to a Nikon F-mount camera. I know these don’t really fill your verbal demand (Canon EF to F-mountain). But, I was interested that there even these options.

Amazon likewise lists an adapter (Serounder EF-AI Manual Focus Lens Adapter Band) that claims to allow mounting Canon EF lenses to Nikon f-mount while maintaining infinity focus.  Given the price (under $forty), I wonder most performance.

Yep, I’m finding that this is likely not a good option. I was only curious if anyone knew of a decent solution. Sounds similar there are enough of options bachelor for using a Canon lens on mirrorless cameras though.

I’m a Nikon shooter, simply Canon has a 17mm Tilt-Shift lens which is nearly $1300 less expensive than the Nikon 19mm T/S. It also gets decent reviews. My only other option would be to buy a Canon camera, but and so I’chiliad not saving any money
