Run the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner tool to fix Artistic Deject or Creative Suite installation problems for enterprise users.

      and type
      cmd.
    • In the Command Prompt window, change directories to the
      AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool_Win
      directory that you created.
    • BlazonAdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.exe –removeAll=CREATIVECLOUDCS6PRODUCTS
    • To remove Flash Player, type
      AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.exe –removeAll=CREATIVECLOUDCS6PRODUCTS –removeFP=1.
    • To remove all products (below CS6 as well) and Adobe ID credentials, type
      AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.exe –removeAll=ALL

  6. Verify that the Artistic Deject Cleaner tool completed successfully. Review the log file entries. If any of the entries signal failure, contact Adobe Customer Care.

  7. Once you have successfully run the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner tool, install your Artistic Cloud or Creative Suite application.

Remove selected products (Windows)

  1. Back up all files stored in Adobe product directories, including custom plug-ins or profiles you have installed.

  2. Uninstall Creative Deject or Creative Suite applications by doing one of the following:

    • Windows x, 8, vii, or Vista: Choose
      Beginning > Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features.
    • Windows XP: Cull
      Start > Control Panel
      and double-click
      Add or Remove Programs.

  3. Select the application that you desire to remove, and click
    Remove
    or
    Uninstall.

  4. Follow the onscreen instructions to consummate the uninstallation.

  5. Run the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner tool past following these steps in social club:

    • Click the following link to download the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner tool for Windows: AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.exe.

      AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool_Win
      and then copy the downloaded file in it.

  9. Once you take successfully run the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner tool, install your Artistic Cloud or Creative Suite application.

Remove all products (macOS)

  1. Back up all files stored in Adobe product directories, including custom plug-ins or profiles you lot have installed.

  2. To uninstall Creative Cloud or Creative Suite applications, in the Finder, navigate to
    Applications > Utilities > Adobe Installers.

  3. Double-click the application’s uninstaller.

  4. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the uninstallation.

  5. Double-click the
    AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.dmg
    file.

  6. In a Terminal window, type the post-obit command:

    • To remove all products to a higher place CS6 and including CS6 products, type

Remove selected products (macOS)

    Applications > Utilities > Adobe Installers.

  7. Enter the root user password and have the Finish-User License Agreement.

    The XML file that appears contains a list of products installed on the figurer. For example:
