Hi

Is there a way to cut an image past selecting what y’all want then pasting it on another prototype? I can’t seem to notice whatsoever info relating to the Notation 8

Hi

Is there a way to cut an image by selecting what you want and then pasting information technology on another image? I tin can’t seem to find whatever info relating to the Annotation 8

At that place is a app chosen Picsay in the play store

Hullo thanks for the reply. I thought you could use for instance the lasso tool and re-create cutting out to clipboard and and so paste on some other pic without additional third party apps.

you tin can lasso and share directly to certain apps, but the clipboard is not one of them, the work around would exist to share to Samsung annotation app then select and hold to copy to clipboard, from there you should be able to paste information technology into any app which will have it (in that location are very few apps that will have pasting of images, the clipboard edge app is indispensable if your doing alot of this stuff)

Some other selection would be to share direct to your prototype editing app then insert other epitome underneath.

The easiest way: display picture on the screen, pull out the s-pen, click smart select on menu, select part of flick with pen, pin to screen. Load your 2d picture, properly position your pinned picture, accept screen shot. I’k certain there are many other means using flick editors and postage stamp functions.

in case you might find it useful, Autodesk Sketchbook volition allow you to blended the smart select direct over an existing session/paradigm as a new layer via the share push button in smart select. Information technology will use the agile sketchbook session (last opened document) and is the just 1 in my collection of sketching/note taking apps that allows this behavior. Its a pretty decent sketching app too.

Just figured it out if yous’re still interested. No 3rd political party app or southward pen needed. If you take both images saved to your gallery, open the main prototype. And so open the 3 dots (more than options) in the upper right of the screen. Select “open in photograph editor pro”. Select “decoration” icon. So select “images” and that will open the gallery in bottom half of the screen for you to select the other epitome y’all want to add to the image y’all’re in at present. Hope this helps

Merely figured it out if you’re still interested. No 3rd political party app or due south pen needed. If you lot have both images saved to your gallery, open up the main prototype. And then open up the 3 dots (more than options) in the upper right of the screen. Select “open in photo editor pro”. Select “decoration” icon. Then select “images” and that will open upwardly the gallery in bottom half of the screen for you lot to select the other image you want to add to the image you’re in now. Hope this helps

This worked *perfectly* , no 3rd political party apps needed. Thank you!!

The easiest way: display picture on the screen, pull out the s-pen, click smart select on menu, select part of picture with pen, pin to screen. Load your second picture, properly position your pinned picture, take screen shot. I’m sure there are many other ways using picture editors and stamp functions.

How exercise you “pin to screen”? In my old Note 4 a few years back I could do this equally you explained just in my new N8 it seems the choice is not there.

I also made with the workaround described ii posts back, but the pick of pin to screen was much faster and I don’t seem to observe information technology anymore.

Edit: but to clarify, the “pin to screen” choice is available if I use the rectangle smart select, if I use the lazo (which I use to ingather a photograph) and then the pin to screen is not shown, this was bachelor in Annotation iv, I don’t encounter why removing information technology!!!
